Scented candles: safe use
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from curtains, fabrics, flammable objects, drafts, and heat sources. Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm. Upon first lighting, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface, and do not keep the candle burning for more than 4 consecutive hours. Do not move the candle while it is lit or while the wax is still liquid. Extinguish it when about 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom, and do not use water to put out the flame. The container may become hot during use.
Diffusers and room sprays: safe use
Home fragrances contain scented blends: keep them out of the reach of children and pets, do not ingest them, and avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use them in well-ventilated spaces. Place the diffuser on a stable, protected surface: the liquid may stain or damage wood, lacquered surfaces, fabrics, and plastic. Do not spray the room spray onto people, animals, flames, or hot surfaces. Wash your hands after turning the reeds. In case of accidental ingestion or contact, consult a doctor or a poison control center, showing the packaging or label.

The specific warnings required under Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 (CLP), including pictograms, hazard statements, and precautionary advice, are provided on the label of each product and in the corresponding product sheet. Always read them before use.

If you notice a safety issue with a VORNX product, stop using it and write to us at info@vornxcollection.com, indicating the product and batch shown on the label. In the event of a recall, we will inform the customers concerned directly and publish the notice on this page.
