These Terms govern access to and use of the VORNX website and app, including the online boutique and the VORNX Club. By using our services, you accept these conditions. Product sales are also governed by the Sales Conditions.

Account and security
You can check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out through your account. You may request deletion of your account at any time from the app's Profile section or by contacting the Controller.
The VORNX Club
The VORNX Club is VORNX's world of membership. Its first circle, invitation-only and with a limited number of places, is that of the Founders: each Founder is assigned a personal, permanent Founder Number, which represents their identity within the Club and to which a reserved advantage on the catalogue is tied. The Founder Number is distinct from the Founder Level (Founder, Gold, Black, Elite), which depends on the journey built through Founder Points and in no way changes the Number or the advantage tied to it. The first year of membership is free; from the second year a symbolic fee of € 10 per year applies, waived from the Gold level upwards. Failure to renew forfeits the seat. Membership and its privileges are personal, non-transferable to third parties and non-convertible into cash. VORNX may amend or suspend the programme with reasonable notice, respecting rights already accrued by members.
Founder Points
Active Founders are granted Founder Points, an internal Club instrument that measures the journey and determines the Level. Founder Points are not currency, electronic money or credit and cannot be converted into cash. They are credited on paid orders as set out by the programme (currently 3 points per euro of goods, net of discounts and credits) and include a one-off welcome bonus on joining the Club (currently 500 points). In the event of order cancellation, return or refund, the corresponding points are reversed. Founder Points do not expire and are non-transferable. They may be used solely to access products, editions or reserved initiatives designated by VORNX from time to time. VORNX may update the programme's parameters (accrual rates, level thresholds, benefits) and suspend or discontinue it with reasonable notice, without prejudice to points already accrued.
Intellectual property
The content of the VORNX website and app — texts, photographs, images, graphics, illustrations, layout, design, logo and code/software — constitutes intellectual works protected by copyright and belongs to VORNX or its respective authors/licensors. The name “VORNX” and the logo are used by VORNX as its own distinctive signs; the related rights are reserved to the extent permitted by law. Reproduction, copying, distribution, modification or use, in whole or in part, of such content and signs without the Owner's prior written consent is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site and app lawfully, not to compromise system security and not to submit false data. VORNX may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or the law.
Limitation of liability
VORNX strives to keep information up to date and services available but does not guarantee they are error-free or uninterrupted. Product images may be illustrative. Mandatory consumer protections provided by law remain unaffected.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any more favourable mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. Consumers may also resort to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and mediation procedures provided by applicable law.
