These General Sales Conditions govern distance purchase contracts for VORNX products concluded through the online boutique and the app, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The seller is VORNX di Citti Stefano.

Products and prices
Product prices are shown in Euro on each item's page. VORNX operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme: transactions are VAT-exempt pursuant to Art. 1, para. 54-89, Law 190/2014 (no VAT applied). Prices shown are therefore final. Shipping costs, if due, are shown separately before order completion.
Conclusion of the contract
The order sent by the customer constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when VORNX sends the order confirmation to the email address provided. Before submitting the order, the customer must accept these Conditions and review the privacy policy.
Payment methods
Payments are securely handled via Stripe and may include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The charge is made upon order confirmation. VORNX has no access to full card details.
Invoicing
For each order a tax document is issued via Fatture in Cloud. As VORNX is under the flat-rate scheme, the document shows no VAT and includes the legal wording for the VAT-exempt transaction.
Product availability
Products are sold while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after the order, VORNX will promptly inform the customer and fully refund any amounts already paid.
Pre-orders
Some products may be offered on pre-order. In that case, the immediate unavailability and the estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and in the order summary; the charge is made upon order confirmation. For pre-orders, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day the products are received.
Discovery Set and credit
Purchasing the Discovery Set may grant a promotional credit usable on a subsequent purchase, within the terms and amount stated at the time of purchase (indicatively: full value within 10 days, reduced value within 30 days, then no longer usable). The credit is personal, non-transferable and non-convertible into cash; any residual amount is non-refundable and does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
Withdrawal and warranty
Consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the benefit of the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. Details are described on the Returns and Refunds page.
