This policy describes how VORNX processes the personal data of users who browse the website, purchase through the online boutique and use the VORNX Club app, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian and European law. We sell online and process the data needed to handle orders, payments, shipping, invoicing and support.

Data we collect
We collect: (a) contact and account data (name, email, phone, encrypted password); (b) order and shipping data (products purchased, delivery and billing address); (c) payment data, handled directly by our provider Stripe — VORNX never stores card numbers; (d) VORNX Club app data (Founder number, membership status, preferences); (e) technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) via essential cookies.
Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to: (a) perform the sales contract — managing orders, payments, shipping, returns and support (basis: contract performance); (b) comply with tax and accounting obligations, including invoicing (basis: legal obligation); (c) manage your account and VORNX Club membership (basis: contract); (d) reply to requests sent via the contact form (basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest); (e) send newsletters and marketing communications only with your consent; (f) ensure the security and correct operation of the site and app (basis: legitimate interest). We never sell your data to third parties.
Payments
Payments are securely processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Card data is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never passes through or is stored on VORNX servers. Stripe acts as an independent controller for fraud-prevention purposes; see Stripe's privacy policy for details.
Shipping and invoicing
To deliver orders we share your name and shipping address with our logistics partner (eLogy) and the appointed couriers. For invoicing and tax compliance we use Fatture in Cloud (TeamSystem). VORNX operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme: transactions are VAT-exempt (no VAT applied).
Data retention
We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes: order and invoicing data for 10 years, as required by tax law; account data for as long as you remain registered or until you request deletion; newsletter data until consent is withdrawn; contact data for the time needed to handle the request. On account deletion, personal data is removed or anonymised, except data we must keep for legal obligations.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by providers appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR: Stripe (payments), eLogy and couriers (shipping), Fatture in Cloud (invoicing), Resend (transactional email), Klaviyo (email marketing and newsletter) and hosting providers. Some providers may operate outside the European Economic Area: in that case transfers occur only with adequate safeguards (e.g. European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
As a data subject you have the right, under Arts. 15-22 GDPR, to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account directly from the VORNX Club app (Profile section) or by contacting the Controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
