VORNX grants consumer customers the right of withdrawal provided by the Italian Consumer Code. To keep the experience effortless, return shipping is at VORNX's expense (free returns).

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the products. You can exercise it through the dedicated online function “Withdraw from the contract” available in your orders area and on the order confirmation page, or by sending an explicit communication to info@vornxcollection.com stating your order number.
Online withdrawal function and model form
In accordance with Art. 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code, we provide an online withdrawal function, clearly visible and accessible throughout the entire withdrawal period. After identifying your order and confirming your details, you can submit the withdrawal declaration through the dedicated confirmation control; you will receive, without undue delay, by email and on a durable medium, an acknowledgement of receipt containing the content of the declaration and the date and time of transmission. Alternatively, you may use the following model form: “I hereby give notice of withdrawal from my contract of sale of the following goods (state the order), ordered/received on (date) — consumer's name — consumer's address — date”.
How to return products
After notifying your withdrawal, you will receive return instructions. Products must be returned within 14 days of the notice, intact, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by VORNX.
Refund
Once the condition of the products is verified, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health-protection reasons and that were opened after delivery (Art. 59 Consumer Code). Personalised products and gift cards are also excluded.
Legal guarantee and faulty products
All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code for consumer customers. As these are mainly consumable goods (candles, diffusers, room sprays and their formats), the guarantee covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery and not the natural consumption or depletion of the product resulting from normal use. If a product is faulty, damaged or non-conforming, contact us at info@vornxcollection.com: we will repair, replace or refund it as provided by law, at no cost to you.
